The Prospective Co gave a very interesting power point brief about the ship and its activities leading up to the commissioning in August.  The guest speaker for this event was CDR Jon Padfield, the Prospective Commanding Officer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NAVY LEAGUE DINNER AT NAS CORPUS CHRISTI BAY CLUB

Members of the Kingsville Council and their spouses and friends attended the dinner at CC Bay Club.

On Tuesday evening, January 25^th, the Corpus Christi Navy League Council hosted a south Texas Area Navy League dinner aboard NAS Corpus Christi at the Bay Club.  Members of the Kingsville Council and their spouses and friends attended the dinner meeting, joining with the other councils to support the upcoming August 2005 Commissioning of the USS San Antonio. 

 

The sponsor of the commissioning is Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and the Commissioning Chairman is Richard “Tres” Kleberg III.
