Anse "Wendy" Windham, a Navy League Board Member and Past President, was one of many very fine entries in the Kingsville La Posada Parade of Lights.
Anse Windham and his train are a familiar sight at many of Kingsville's events. Thank you Anse for the Community Spirit you are constantly providing and for that beautiful smile.
The Kingsville Navy League donated $100 to the Chief Petty Officers (CPO) Association for them to buy candy to pass out during the La Posada Parade of Lights on Saturday, 4 Dec 2004.
